Ingredients

¼ cup Blind Date Syrup

1 can (13 oz) coconut cream, chilled overnight

3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Scrape solid cream from chilled coconut can into a bowl.

Add syrup, cocoa, and salt. Whip until fluffy.

Spoon into ramekins and chill 1 hour.
