Decadent Date‑Chocolate Mousse

A decadent treat made sweeter and healthier with Blind Date Date Syrup. Easy to make and delightful to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Blind Date Syrup

  • 1 can (13 oz) coconut cream, chilled overnight

  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Scrape solid cream from chilled coconut can into a bowl.

  2. Add syrup, cocoa, and salt. Whip until fluffy.

  3. Spoon into ramekins and chill 1 hour.

  • Garnish with grated chocolate or berries.
